As part of annual Medical Fair 2011, Design A Cuisine's Chef Yogesh was specially invited to conduct a food demonstration. Healing and pleasing cuisine was showcased and Chef Yogesh was espousing on the benefits of using a range of herbs and spices in cooking. He also shared tips on how to apply holistic principles at home and delighted the crowds present with a piquant chickpea masala. Many commented on the refreshing taste of holistic cuisine and had gained a new appreciation for herbs and spices.
Chef Yogesh was also awarded with plaque as a token of appreciation.
