My First Home Cooking Diary

Long time ago, has been promised my fatty to cook a meal for him. One year gone, 2nd years gone, third years...


**Pop** Is time for me to drag out from the lazy hole to elaborate my cooking skill.


Honestly, this is my first time cooking. (dont include for the college pratical)
Be frank, i'm cook lover. I'm keen in cooking. Beside that, i always believe my cooking is the best! (must self confident then only can spread it on  my dished)


Here we start for my first dish.
Braised Chicken with Sliced Mushroom
Basic Ingredients : cut chicken, sliced mushroom, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, oyster sauce
Cooking Method : First, put some oil, then follow by the garlic, ginger and chicken. Cook the chicken for a while, then put the sliced mushroom, oyster sauce, salt and water to simmer. Simmer it with half portion of water until the chicken meat is tender and mushroom fully soak with the chicken juicy.

Stir-fried Green Bean with Dry Shrimps
Ingredients : green beans, dry shrimp(diced), diced garlic, oyster sauce
Cooking Method : Put some oi, diced garlic and dry shrimps(diced). Then put the green beans to cook togethers. Braised the green bean with water for around 3 minutes. Ready to serve.

My classis

Gosh, amazing to looked what i've done this afternoon. Thought it hard to cook a simple meal, but actually i was wrong. It just so simple and the point is you need to put some effort and passion on it. A passion meal maybe were not the best (since is my first cooking), but i'm belive in future my cooking skill might improve in advance. I'm talent in culinaire :P I'll carry on for my 2nd cooking diary.

Fatty, i knew it was not as best from your sensitive tongue. I had try my best to complete it. Wish it would not made you dissapoited.
