My last week cooking spirit still burn on, let's carry on for the burning. Today my home cooking were Minced Meat with Tauchu Sauce & Stir-fried Celery with Prawns. Against, was a simple recipe whose everyone of you can simply cook at home. But, make sure prepare the ingredients before you start.
The reason that i choise minced meat was, it's easy to cook :) and perfect match with rice (specially the tauchu sauce). You might request to add on your rice with this dish.
Minced Meat with Tauchu Sauce
Ingredints : minced meat, tauchu sauce, garlic (mashed), sugar, cili padi (as your own preference)
Cooking Method :
1) Put some oil to heat up the wok, then saute the garlic.
2) Put the minced meat to let it cook for 3 minutes.
3) Place the tauchu sauce and sugar, stir fried.
4) Pour some water to let it simmer for around 6-10 minutes.
5) When serving, advised to leave some sauce with the minced meat.
Tips: Reason to add some sugar is because the tauchu sauce was salt in base, so we need some sugar to balance back the taste.
Stir-fried Celery with Prawns
Ingredients : celery, fresh prawns, garlic, shao xin wine
Cooking Method :
1) Some oil to heat up, then put the garlic.
2) Follow by celery, salt and shao xin wine, cook it around 2 minutes
3) Place the fresh prawns and pour some water to simmer for 3 minutes.
4) Ready to serve.
