DIP Recipe- 5 red chilies, 2 pieces garlic, 3 tablespoons prawn paste, 1 tablespoon date vinegar, 2 tablespoon coarsely grounded peanuts (dont blend), 3 tablespoon brown sugar and salt to taste. Blend all ingredients. Then add in ground peanuts or you may add ground pistachios and cashew nuts instead... Mix well. You may dip in your fruits and vegetables OR cut them into small pieces and mix with the dip to form an Asian Salad Recipe. Other raw vegetable varieties include carrot, red cabbage, coral salads, long beans, green mango, half ripe papaya,lettuce, mint leaves, ripe pineapple and celery.
