Yuzu - The Garden (revisit)

In surprised moment, Jonathan suddenly voiced out and act secrectly bring me to one place. Along the way, i guess i known the place that he gonna bring me over, The Yuzu.

This time we've our main task to visit here, cos of sea urchin! Jonathan has been reserve for one portion. Yeah, finally i had a chance to try this! Many time watch at the culinaire programe and felt so upsad never consume.

By the way, thanks a lot for Alex for his warmly treats. Dont complaints, cos most of the dishes you would never found in menu. Due to Alex special treats for us. Thanks lot, Alex

Sea Urchin with Sashimi - White Fish
First, wrapped the sea urchin with roasted nori and place some wasabi to enhance the taste. My opion for sea urchin, it hardly for me to explain. Can felt the freshness of sea urchin and rare taste never had before

Golden Sea Urchin

Salmon Carpaccio
Highly recommend for this. The thin salmon slightly touch surface of meat, serround by the sauce and fried capers and fried shallots.
Tip: flat the salmon with sauce, the rolled it with capers and fried shallots 
Carpaccio : A raw meat in thinly sliced and pounded in thin and served as appetizer

What a full night. Before we ended our meal, we can felt most of the eye was staring at us. I can read their mind "why they can finished such volumn of food?". Sorry guys, i known we eat too much for this night. But, it really a great day for me.
